Putting Havering's plans on the Housing Minister's map

This afternoon I met Housing Minister, Dominic Raab, to share with him Havering's ambitious plans to regenerate twelve estates in order to provide new, high-quality homes for local homebuyers and renters. 

If Havering is to be able to deliver its full plan, it will need to have its borrowing cap lifted, and I have asked the Minister to come and visit the borough so that he can see for himself how innovative local authorities can help solve the country's housing crisis.
