Ticket Office Proposal Consultation

Today, Julia Lopez MP has submitted her response to London TravelWatch's consultation on C2C's ticket office proposals.

C2C operate one station, Upminster, in Mrs Lopez's constituency. Mrs Lopez has sent the below letter to Mr Roberts, CEO of London TravelWatch, and the official consultation, advising of Mrs Lopez's concerns about C2C's proposals.

In particular, Mrs Lopez is concerned about a proposed reduction of hours on Sundays at Upminster station. Mrs Lopez is also concerned for residents who may not be as comfortable, or at all able, to use digital technology to purchase tickets in advance of use smart cards to travel.
