Earlier today Julia Lopez MP visited Oakfields Preparatory School.

After a tour of the facilities, led by year 5 pupils, Khayan and Khadijah , who gave insights of daily life within the school, Julia spoke with Deputy Headteacher, Mrs Brewster, who set out the school's approach to pastoral care, teaching maths at an advanced level and also extra-curricular activities like sports. Mrs Brewster confirmed that, after entering last year's Card for the Queen competition to mark Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee, they would be entering this year's Card for the King competition to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III.
