We aim to visit all our local schools as soon as possible, and today met head teacher, Scott McGuinness, and members of the senior teaching team at Emerson Park Academy. We took a tour of the school with its Head Boy and Girl and learned about the efforts underway by teachers to improve their Progress 8 scoring and deliver a rich and varied curriculum to students.
