Remembrance Day marked in Cranham and Upminster

Remembrance

On this Remembrance Sunday, I joined residents and civic leaders in Upminster and Cranham to honour all those who made the ultimate sacrifice by giving their lives for our freedom. Meeting at the Royal British Legion in Cranham, we paraded along St Mary's Lane accompanied by the Essex Caledonian Pipe Band before laying wreaths by the memorial outside the Church of St Laurence. 

Revd Susannah Brasier led the Remembrance Day Service at St Laurence's and the Legion kindly held a reception afterwards.
