It was a pleasure to visit Hornchurch charity, Addup, to see their half-term project and celebrate this amazing organisation's 25th birthday. 

Sheila and her team provide support to families living with ADHD and it was great to see young leaders who were once club members now act as incredible mentors to children.

Addup supports, nurtures and educates families living with and professionals working with ADHD. They do this by recognising and celebrating the uniqueness of each person with passion, commitment and a smile – whilst keeping the family at the heart of everything.

Based in Fairkytes, Billet Lane, Addup organises activities for children and young people with ADHD and their siblings to meet their specific needs. They also offer training and information to parents/carers teaching them new skills to manage their family more effectively.
